This type of machine is the second generation new machinery,
complete system upgraded, it could increase production capacity
about 30%. Mainly used for hollow plastic package that made of PE,
PP materials, such as: pharmaceutical bottles, fruit milk bottles,
beverage bottles, ice lolly tubes, jelly bottles etc. Our equipment
is high efficiency and energy saving. This machine adopts screw
extrusion and plastic blow technique, auto temperature control and
inverter speed control. This machine combines electronics,
pneumatic, mechanic equipments to be together, which is best to
replace manual production. Our machinery already acquired three
kinds of state patents. Our machines also could install the auto
de-flashing devices to cut head and tail wastes, auto filter change
devices and auto cutting bubble devices. Production capacity
1200-5000 pcs/hr depends on different kinds of products.
Application:
SQ-6 type is a kind of blow molding machine which adopts screw
extrusion plastic blowing technology. This machine is suitable for
the granular material of LDPE, HDPE and PP. It is best for
producing less than 1L plastic hollow products, including bottles
for medicine, juice, jelly, ice pop, beverage cosmetics and etc.
The rotation type is our company’s self-developed machine, and
keeps upgrading.
SQ-6 type is optional to install automatic tailing device,
automatic filter changer and automatic mouth-cutting device.
